City asks more councils to help with lost funeral funds

Nottingham City Council is seeking the support of neighbouring local authorities in it efforts to help people who lost their funeral savings when Glenbrook Funerals went into liquidation,  leaving behind funeral plans that are now worthless.

Cycling made easy in Hucknall

Nottingham City Council has completed improvements along the Hucknall Road Cycle Route.
The Hucknall Road route is a 10km commuter cycle route linking Hucknall Town Centre to Nottingham city centre. It serves Bulwell and Hucknall as well as New College Nottingham’s Clarendon Campus, Nottingham City Hospital, Southglade Leisure Centre and Moor Bridge NET Stop.
